There has always been talk about the #01 globe and if so LW USA would have released a numbered cap as such. Back in the day many collectors would use 2 globes to make it happen like a clear/red and the blue/white and just swap the liquid around and call it a proto-type. Until we can see a factory cap as such then all we have is fantastic looking lamps like this version here.

well.... not the real cap #01, it was a blue/white
