"The seal cap looked to be the same as the USA Giants which is something that LW China did not make happen and many of the Colossus seals were sucked right into the vase."

That's what happened to my first one. then in trying to get the seal out I got liquid down the side and fried the electrical. They sent me a replacement and it had a different stronger seal. They told me to keep the old lamp so I did. When the new lamp went all cloudy I put the new seal on the old lamp. and now it works fine. but i have no bulb LOL

I remember seeing your first delivery with your photos on how it looked up on the pallet. That was a cool year with the Colossus. We had a member called Carmen who I spoke with many times and she had 5 of Colossus at the time with all there different globes.

I loved that granite look; as it was my first choice. but as you know it got fried and I had to settle for the silver look. when I get a job, I'm gonna take it down to Midas and see if they can paint it. I want a red base and cap with red glitter and give it a nice glossy finish. I just hate the fact that I can't get a bulb for it anymore; and LL is sitting on there ass not coming up with any.

I remember seeing a Humungo in Spencers around 10/2001 as they had begun to try to sell this monster. The price was reduced from $3500.00 to $3,000.00 it was standing on this Black pedestal and look very cool. It was on a Silver base however a Black base was also available. The seal cap looked to be the same as the USA Giants which is something that LW China did not make happen and many of the Colossus seals were sucked right into the vase.

Full flow after almost a day with its clear look and snaking Lava.

I remember when they first came out in 6/2007 they were called Humungo by LW and even there invoice had the Humungo as the Item Description. There first runs were the best looking ones since they had a few original globes left from the Humongo era that where made in Germany.  From what my invoice sheets has on it the weight for the vase was 110 lbs the base was 11 lbs and the table was 16 lbs. In this pic you can see how clear it was and how it starts to flow as bubbles.
