This will be a place to add new lamps from the few Companies that still make and sell Lava lamps along with there other cool lights .

Over time I see Mathmos as the main leader for this forum from there Lava to there other lights.

What will Lava Lite bring to the table for the world to buy. Looks like they may have there factory here in 2015 but will it have the machines to make the lamps or will it just be a place to assemble the lamps as they arrive from China which will be cheaper to make it happen.

If you see something new or even something that is still for sale post it here like these that can still be bought and are now on sale for $10.00 with there flared plastic see thru base with nice looking  top base port holes.

Perhaps one day soon we will see a Dr Who Lava lamp.

From Mathmos comes the 2nd series for the Smart Astros like these with there 3 color versions.

Here are a few still for sale from Edmund Scientifics they still have 16" peace metallics for sale in Blue-Green and Red no less for around $19.00.

Creative Motion in Motion company still has new stuff for 2012 however they have begun to scale down and many of there other products have been dropped. The have added colored base/globes in glitter to there line which is a good thing.

Nothing really new from Lava Lite but for there release of the South Park 20z lava lamp in early 2012. They seem to be hooked on the 20z line and perhaps should have done this version in a 32z .

The Student Lounge released a few lamps late last year with a few carrying over into this yr. They are made by Creative Motion for them and sold thru the department store Kohl's they should have a few more later on this yr . However over time there different models have begun to decrease thanks to LL reputation with there lamps. Love the Black base version on this dual lamp.

Looks like the only new Lava from LL for this yr will be 2 versions of yet another 20z lamp as the Batman . Yes it will be a wrap run like there other versions in a White/Black color theme. Perhaps the vase will be color tinted in a see thru black and filled with white lava. If so will be very hard to see but then if cloudy perhaps no will will notice. Time will tell upon its July 1st release.

Perhaps LL should have make a few in this version. Given what they have to offer in the 20z line and most are cloudy and non-working. I like the yellow/black wax version on these.

Something sad for 2012. Mathmos will no longer be selling the Fire Flow R-1 with its black base/cap version. Once stocks are gone then all is over. So if you have one it may become a rare item one day.

Also seems its the end for the Fluidiums for 2012. Sales have been slow for this model and once the last of the Greens and Yellows are sold it will also be retired. What a shame for this futuristic lava lamp.

SAD!!!! By far my favorite lamp

Have the tallest motion lamp around. Much like a standard motion lava lamp but larger, this 55" motion lamp contains red lava in a blue liquid. Features a weighted chrome base and chrome cap. Just plug it in and let it accent your room with soothing mood lighting.
Features:

Brand New
Manufacturer: Creative Motions
Weighted base for stability
Chrome cap and base
Includes 6' AC power cord (110-120 V)
Product Dimensions: 10"W x 55"H x 10"D

Still available new for 2012 on-line for this year however in time they may disappear like other  lamps from Creative Motion have done . The 2012 year may become a very quite year for all makers of Lava lamps.

Something that is still new to buy from Europe and seems only Europe are these 2 color shifting lamps from Creative Motion. One is the Green rainbow and the other is the Blue rainbow. They have been out for a while and have been released for another year. I wonder if LL got the Idea from this Peace color lamp to make there own Rainbows. They cost around 25 Euros.

The other is the Blue rainbow they have been out for a while now and have had another yrs release from CM.
