Rain Lamp issue

I know this is not a rain lamp place but I refurbished this old rain lamp and the motor is loud. I took the motor which is a cmotor apart. I don't know why it would sound loud. Does not seem to be worn bearings. Anyone have any expericance

It may need lubrication, grease or sewing oil should help, unfortunately they do get loud with age , similar to the fibre optic lamp motors.
