What should I pay for a vintage lamp?

I know that is subjective but if anyone could give me a base. I am looking at a 2002 wizard in the box. Blue Liquid Yellow lava silver base and top with stars and moons. Seems clear.Continue

"It may need lubrication, grease or sewing oil should help, unfortunately they do get loud with age , similar to the fibre optic lamp motors."
