Mathmos Fluidium booster bulbs

Hello. I have an original opal (clear) colour Fluidium lava lamp.

It came with a blue colour booster bulb when new that gave it a nice aqua colour when illuminated.

I cant find any replacements and was wondering if anyone here had any leads.

Those have long gone Will. Check on ebay from time to time or make a custom heat resistant gel to sit over the bottom of the base of the bottle. :)

They included three colour bulbs wiht the 3-in-1 Astro, I think I have a few somewhere. I think you can get the bulbs you need in colours, they are just not very good quality. 

Astros suggestion of painting the bottom of the bottle is a really good shout!

I used to use theatre heat resistant gels in the base of the lamps but make sure they are the heat resistant types as these lamps do get hot.
