Mathmos on Ebay

And so it begins with Mathmos_UK on Ebay now. This is another great start for this company to sell more lamps this way along with the other on-line stores. They have started with the Astro Jubilee with the #1 of 1000 with the certificate. Perhaps in time they may offer other extremely limited runs this way and with free shipping worldwide which is nice to see.The take over of the World of Lava has begun and Mathmos is in the lead. The nails for the LL coffin has started to be hammered in.

I wonder how much one day my #000001 Flock with matching box and certificate would go for. I like the Jubilee base it kind of grows on you.

Does the bases now have fins rather than circular feet ?

I bet that this one (Flock No.1) was never meant to be sold to the general public

- it even has a white dimmer switch (mine are both black).

Do you still have the original bottle?
