Okay guys So every lava lamp forum should have this post. What is your all time favourite lava lamp, you can only choose one and why? Perhaps the is the Astro or the Astro Baby or perhaps the Lunar. Tell us and let us know ...

Crestworth rocket for me, fantastic lamp way ahead of it's time and with it using jet bottles there is loads of colour options available :D

A bit hard this one Ant - the proper metal jet in violet/orange ..... orange fluidium and the Lunar for me...... sorry thats 3! :p

Like George, it's pretty obvious what my favorite lamp is.  ;)

The Crestworth Rocket is a close second.

Copper Crestworth mk5 Astrolamp.

Thats all I would collect if they were easier to find.

The one and only original. Love the shape/proportions/flow...does'nt get any better for me.

The red/red chrome Crestworth in your featured photo is a mk5.

I prefer them to the earlier models which had the rings.
