Got lucky with this LW globe. Over time the bottle cap seal may become rusty and the rust over time will fall into the liquid. I had to remove floating rust and do a re-seal. This is a problem with many top bottle seal caps. Only Mathmos with its screw on Aluminum cap do not rust inside over time.
