Since the liquid was toxic LW installed red Nylon inserts to keep the fumes at bay. Over time if the top inner red caps where not there the cap would start to rot away as it ate away on the inner plastic seal.

LW used different top caps dependent on if Glitter then larger if Lava then smaller yet a few runs had even smaller caps.
