I got this for 10 bucks thinking it was the chrome counterpart to a fantasia glitter lamp I have but it's not. The bottle and base are smaller and shorter but it's still cool nonetheless. There's no markings anywhere on it so I don't know what it is. Maybe a Chinese knockoff of the fantasia(?)
