Seems here in the PA area quite a few Shops have had very cloudy lamps. A few have been returned from what I have found out. Customers buy them as is without unboxing and looking and the ones I have seen today have been looked at since there tops have been cut for inspections. They are doing what Spencers has done to recheck there lamps in stock.
