One of the problems with Icons is in there shipping. The inner cone becomes loose and will cause the ceramic to become damaged as it bangs from within. When they were first made by LW the base was wrapped in a tight plastic wrap to keep the metal cone from moving around. Many resellers do not know this and will ship as is.
