This will become the Forum to talk about the Newly made Royale by Lava Lite. There first run was done in this Blue/Yellow wax combo and I have seen there perhaps? 2nd version done with Purple/Yellow wax. The base on the 1rst version is Silver with a really large cap which soon I will adjust more on the later. The lamp stands 18.5x6x6 and will use a 60w reflector I may also try a 75w but will see how this lamps flow with-in the time period. The vase is 80z and looks great. I will add more as I finish to unbox this version. Here is the Royale next to the Heritage 52z not a bad size but for that top cap its big.

What the cap looks like.

What that line at the liquid to air gap looks like before the cap sat much lower and now looks great.

I agree the cap is quite large, I prefer the slimmer cap on the Century.

It just does not have the right proportion or matches the base's design.

I do like how you adjusted the liquid to remove the visible air gap, it looks so much nicer.

I love the size of the lamp tho. It's chunky!

The Royale cap fits the Grande perfectly the way the Grandes are now there cap fits sooo loose and its really to big for the vase side to side however the Royale cap is a perfect fit as shown in this photo showing a Black Heritage Grande cap along side the Royale cap on the Grande.

How the Royale lamp looks next to the Grande. Both top seal caps are the same size and shape.

We just may see the second version of the New Royale in early 2017 with its purple liquid and yellow wax. There first version is the best running/looking lamp in many many years.

I wonder if LL China is slowly clearing out the Royale and Double play 82z lamps as there bulbs are on-sale for $1.99 as 60w RF thru LL and the Royale on sale for $53.00 and Double Play for $71.00 and Menards and with free shipping.

I keep wondering if LL will discontinued the Royale there site no longer has a photo of the lamp and as they have always done if so the photo has OUT Of STOCK on it just like other lamps have had. It seems they have started to unload there stock for a fast Cheaper sale.

A photo of what was on LLs site as the Royale was listed for sale.

I now wonder if the Royale has ended and will it also become a collectible lamp for its size and rareness. Most sites no longer carry them and LL no longer stocks them?

Looks like the Royale will become a rare lamp to own since it has been discontinued just like the 52z Century lamps.

Schilling needs to bring this size back into production
