I finally had a chance to locate and buy a 12" Dalek Union Jack limited run for 2013 and its on his way from the UK.

Thanks Astro,

They were made in 2013 for the Dr Who 50th anniversary not many made and I finally had it arrive and its nice looking. I have always been taken by the Daleks and this make a nice addition to the collection. He even talks and lights up front and with blinking ears.
