From what I have found running these is that the 8z which comes with a 15w bulb seems to work well with the Black/Clear globes most of the time.  There other globes need to run with a 25w to get a nice flow and to do a fast clear up on the ones that have been shipped out to all. I will use a 25w bulb on them with a dimmer and lower it to around 20w and they run great.

Same for many 20z globes. they came with 25w bulbs and a few even came from the factory with 40w bulbs. I will run them all also with a 40w bulb on a dimmer and adjust to 30w as they run a little hot.
