Auras Glow Motion Lamp Review

Once every so often, there comes a product that changes a category, a product that moves a category forward by innovation and the Auras Glow Motion lamp is certainly an amazing product of that kind.

Auras Glow lava lamps cut the power cords usually seen with lava lamps by simply using a mere tea-light candle to power itself, allowing it to be positionable anywhere, at any time. Perfect to meditate to, perfect to place by a window, perfect for a dinner table. The choice is yours.

I first saw and heard about the Auras Glow lava lamp via a YouTube video. As a long term collector and historian of all things lava lamp related, I was intrigued by its design and how beautiful it is. Not only does the Auras lava lamp work on a candle, but it produces the beautiful dancing liquid effect of colour moving in another colour, which is the essence of the beauty and the appeal of the original lava lamps. It goes beyond by creating soothing, fascinating, mesmerising, rising and slowing dropping formations of choatic liquid and colour.

The design of the Auras Glow is a clear breakaway from anything ever seen in the world of the lava lamp and a unique design that features a bulbous shaped bottle that magically slides into the metal framework at a 45 degree angle, upon installation. The tea-light candle sits in a beautiful glass tea-light holder, which sits at the base of the design and creates illuminated glass at the base.

One of the most remarkable features of the Auras Glow is the lightning fast start time of the lamp, but also the amazing dance of liquids, as the base liquid crawls up and down the bottle, creating beautiful organic shapes within. The glass bottle only adds to the effect as the base liquid alters its shape as it flows within the bottle.

There are plenty of beautiful colours to choose from, my personal favourites are Raindance and Coral Reef. The bottles are shipped in tubes, carefully and wonderfully packed. On each tube, there is a colourful tag which contains all the information you need to know about your Auras lamp but also the colour combination inside.
