This is the glitter Comsort I just got done restoring. It consists of two liquids of the same color one liquid is the same weight as the glitter; but heavier than the second liquid. I poured the glitter in first, then the heavier liquid. gave it a good swirl... I then poured the second liquid in then capped it.
