A little rant....
As fantastic and most of the time faultless mathmos customer service is I sometimes think they have actual lemos answering the emails at times !
After missing out on the pink/white astro bottles on eBay because I totally forgot about it and got outbid I decided to email mathmos asking if it would be possible to have some custom pink/white astro bottles made I got the reply of:
We already do the white base/cap with clear/pink bottle, I hope that resolves your question.

Totally different answer to the question !
I have emailed again and awaiting a reply to which they hopefully I get a proper answer !

 I once sent Mathmos an Email and got something like yours back was like an off the wall answer.

When I inquired about purchasing some custom Lunar bottles, I was simply told "we don't make them anymore".

 I thought they would be willing to make/sell custom lunars bottles if the price was right, but apparently not.  :(

£120 for a custom lunar bottle last time I enquired.
It depends who answeres the email, sometimes you get told one thing then something totally different by someone else !
